Section 01

Order Processing & Dispatch

How long it takes us to pack and ship your order

We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving confirmed payment. During peak periods — such as festival sales or major promotions — processing may extend to 5 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

What counts as a "business day"

Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Orders received after 3:00 PM IST on a Saturday are treated as received on the following Monday.

When dispatch begins

The dispatch clock starts only after full payment is confirmed. For UPI and wallet payments, confirmation is typically instant. For net banking, allow up to 2 hours. Orders placed via EMI are dispatched only after the financing partner confirms settlement.

All delivery estimates are indicative and run from the date of dispatch — not the date of order. VOOK offers free shipping on all orders across India via our logistics partner Shiprocket and its carrier network. No minimum order value applies.

Delays beyond our control

Natural disasters, courier strikes, extreme weather, or government-imposed restrictions may delay delivery. In such cases, we will communicate proactively. VOOK is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will work with you to resolve any issue.

Delivery Address

Rules around where we can ship your order

Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address, which you select at the time of checkout. To send items to different locations, please place separate orders. Ensure the delivery address, including pin code, is complete and accurate — VOOK is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Currently, VOOK ships within India only to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before payment.

Address changes after order confirmation

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact support@vook.in immediately. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the address cannot be modified and re-routing will be at the customer's expense.

Courier Partners & Packaging

Who ships your order and how it is packaged

VOOK works exclusively with reputable, established courier services through the Shiprocket platform, including carriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express. Carrier selection is automatic and based on your delivery location and service availability.

While we aim to dispatch all items in a single package, availability or product specifications may occasionally necessitate multiple shipments for the same order. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment at no additional charge.

Packaging standards

All VOOK products are packed in branded retail packaging with appropriate protective material. The outer shipping carton is sealed with tamper-evident tape. If the outer seal is broken or shows signs of tampering upon delivery, please refer to Section 07 before accepting.

Section 05

GST Invoice

Your statutory tax document under the GST Act, 2017

In compliance with the GST Act, 2017 and the Legal Metrology Act, 2009, a valid GST-compliant tax invoice issued by Buy Box Retail is included with every shipment. The invoice serves as your official proof of purchase and is required for:

  • Warranty claims on VOOK products
  • Returns, exchanges, or refund requests
  • Business input tax credit (ITC) claims, where applicable
  • Any consumer dispute or legal proceedings
Missing invoice

If your shipment arrives without a printed invoice, contact support@vook.in with your order number and we will email a digital copy within 48 hours. The price on the invoice will not exceed the MRP displayed on the product.

Section 06

Order Tracking

How to follow your shipment in real time

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated dispatch confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page. You can also track your order at any time via vook.shiprocket.co/tracking or the "Track Your Order" link in the website navigation.

Tracking not updating

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect the first scan after dispatch. If the tracking status has not updated for more than 72 hours, contact us at support@vook.in with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Section 07

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Your rights and the correct procedure if your order arrives damaged

You have the right to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you are entitled to receive goods in the condition as described and sold. If you notice any of the following, please act immediately:

Visibly damaged or crushed outer box

Decline the delivery. Do not accept the package. Ask the delivery agent to mark it as "Refused — Damaged" and contact us at support@vook.in with your order ID within 24 hours.

Broken tamper-evident seal

Decline the delivery or, if already accepted, photograph the packaging immediately before opening. Report to support@vook.in with photos and order ID within 24 hours of delivery.

Package accepted — damage found inside

Photograph the damaged product and packaging. Report to support@vook.in within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Our commitment

Upon verification of a valid damage claim, VOOK will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We bear full shipping costs for returns arising from damaged or tampered deliveries.
