Welcome to VOOK, a premier microphones and accessory brand operated by Buy Box Retail company (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
1. Delivery Address & Multiple Shipments
Each order can be dispatched to only one delivery address, which you select at checkout. To send items to different locations, please place separate orders.
2. Order Processing & Timeline
We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving your payment. During peak periods (festivals, promotions, etc.), processing may extend up to 5 business days. Orders placed on Sundays are processed starting Monday.
3. Courier Partners & Consolidation
We only work with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. While we aim to ship everything in one package, availability or product specifications may necessitate multiple shipments.
4. Invoicing
All shipments include a printed invoice from Buy Box Retail Company. If you do not receive it, please reach out to our support team via the “Raise a Complaint” form.
5. Delivery Estimates & Shipping Fees
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from dispatch. We offer free shipping across India via Shiprocket.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. Visit our website and use the “Track Your Order” feature to monitor your delivery status.
7. Damage or Tampering Issues
Found the package visibly damaged or tampered with? Please decline delivery and immediately submit a complaint through our “Raise a Complaint” form with photos and your order ID. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
