Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At VOOK, a brand of Buy Box Retail company, we strive to keep our customers satisfied by offering a fair and transparent cancellation, return, and refund policy for our line of microphone products and accessories.
1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 72 hours of placing your order.

Same-day delivery orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Special promotional items (for events like Diwali, Pongal, Valentine’s Day, etc.) cannot be canceled.

Cancellation is also not allowed for perishable products. However, if the product is damaged or of poor quality, you may be eligible for a return or replacement.
2. Returns & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll guide you through our return process at no additional cost.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging, along with tags, labels, and invoices.

Please pack the return securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be issued via the original payment method:

Credit/Debit Card — refunded back to the same card within 7 working days, and should appear in the following statement.

Net Banking — refunded to the bank account used for payment.

Other Payments — a refund cheque will be issued in the billing name as provided in your order.
