01Do I need to choose a connector?⌄

No. Both USB-C and Lightning receivers are included in every box. USB-C for Android, Mac, iPhone 15+ and cameras; Lightning for iPhone 14 and earlier.

02Do I need the app or Bluetooth?⌄

No. AirMic pairs automatically when you open the case — no app, no Bluetooth, no settings. The VOOK app is optional and adds ENHANCE and live mic control.

03Can it record two people at once?⌄

Yes. The Dual kit includes two independent clip-on mics that both record to the single receiver — ideal for interviews and two-person shoots.

04How long does the battery last?⌄

Up to 8 hours of recording per charge and up to 48 hours total with the charging case. A full top-up takes around 90 minutes.

05Warranty and returns?⌄
